v1.33

June 27, 2026
This update is a massive relief. After recently moving away from our legacy data provider, we discovered a hidden date-formatting conflict that threw our TV show release dates out of order. Alongside this major cleanup, we have deployed a new profile slider, finalized our global ratings typography, and completely re-engineered our core tracking buttons following user feedback on our new server.
New Your Showcase at a Glance: We have added a dedicated Collections slider directly to your personal profile page. This gives you instant, quick-access viewing of your saved cinematic universes right from your dashboard without having to navigate away.
Improvement Ironclad Buttons: Following our recent infrastructure migration, several users reported intermittent lag or missed inputs when clicking the "Watched" and "Watchlist" buttons. We tracked down the root bottleneck and completely rewrote the underlying system. The tracking toggles are now lighter, faster, and significantly more responsive across the entire platform.
Fix The Timeline Fix: As many of you noticed, tv shows' release date sorting across the site were completely out of order recently. When we severed ties with TheTVDB, it left behind an unexpected date-format mismatch in our system database. It took an intense amount of deep-cleaning, but the code has been entirely repaired—everything is officially back to normal and sorting flawlessly. Phew!
Fix Perfect Alignment: Completing our site-wide rating design philosophy, we have officially brought MyAnimeList (MAL) scores into our standardized decimal format. If an anime carries a flat, single-digit rating, the system will now automatically format it to include its decimal place (e.g., beautifully transforming a 9 into a clean, uniform 9.0).
Getting our database formatting completely ironed out and bulletproofing our tracking buttons keeps our infrastructure running on pure premium logic as we build toward our 2026 milestones. A massive thank you to everyone who reported the button bugs—please explore the site, check out your new profile slider, and let us know if you have any issues still! Happy tracking!
